Position Description

The Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator, under limited supervision, will govern their department and perform the day to day tasks including data entry, stock control, movement and warehouse storage of materials for use in production and resale. The position also requires the associate to understand the internal workings of the company.

Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Type of Position: Full-time
Hours: 40/Week, Nonexempt, Hourly

Job Duties

• Directly reports to the General Manager
• Data entry and processing of materials for production and resell
• Maintains stock data integrity
• Coordinate the movement of materials between departments and for sales
• Performs interdepartmental quality control functions as necessary
• Stock control and adjustment as necessary
• Performs cost accounting functions
• Maintain and organize warehouse
• Perform stock transfers and material planning
• Maintain control files
• Manage yearend inventory count
• Batch splitting and control
• Material handling, packaging and storage

• Must possess superior customer service skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Must type 30 words per minute
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position required
